Фасады дворца насыщены белокаменными и лепными декоративными деталями. Кроме того они отличаются сложным цветовым решением : кирпичные стены окрашены киноварной краской, белокаменные – светлой охрой.
Все лепные терракотовые детали ярко и многоцветно раскрашены.

Facades of the palace are richly decorated with white-stone and stucco decorations. Besides that they differ by a complex color scheme: brick walls are being painted with a cinnabaric paint, white-stone - with mandarin ochre.
All the stucco terracotta details are being painted brightly and with many colors.

В центре парадных залов дворца расположен обширный круглый зал, освещённый высокими окнами барабана. Орнаментальная роспись купола, заменившая первоначальную лепнину, появилась в период ампира.

Between great halls of the palace there is a vast round hall, illuminated by tall windows of the drum. Ornamental painting of the dome, replacing the original stucco molding, appeared in the times of the Empire style.
